About Commercial ate Insurance
We have been involved in the legal expenses insurance business for over 35 years now, the latter 20 years of which have been in the ATE insurance market, including Commercial ATE insurance.
Our founder, Phil Bellamy FCII, Chartered Insurer, provides expert advice and opinion on all areas of ATE insurance, including commercial ATE insurance through his consultancy business Tibbington Consulting Ltd.
Phil has in depth expert knowledge in all relevant areas of the commercial ate insurance journey, from the creation of the commercial policy wordings, to the quotation and rating phase, and the provision of claims handling and claims payment functions. Phil has quite literally written the underwriting manual on commercial ate insurance.
